Penerapan Nilai-Nilai Akhlak Tasawuf bagi Warga Binaan Perempuan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIB Kabupaten Nunukan

Abstract
This study aims to describe the application of Sufism moral values in fostering female inmates in the Class II Correctional Institution of Nunukan Regency. Through a qualitative approach with literature study methods and descriptive analysis, this study reveals that the application of Sufism teachings—through the stages of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli—plays an important role in the process of spiritual development of prisoners. The takhalli stage helps the inmates escape from the despicable traits and negative behaviors that led them to mistakes in the past. Furthermore, through the tahalli stage, they are decorated with commendable morals such as honesty, patience, and sincerity. The tajalli stage is the peak of transformation, characterized by the growth of spiritual awareness, closeness to Allah, and inner peace. The application of this Sufism values proves that the spiritual approach is able to form a new and better character, foster hope, and prepare the inmates to return to society with a more positive identity. The results of this study show the importance of Sufism-based spiritual coaching as part of the rehabilitation of female prisoners to achieve sustainable self-change.
