Abstract

E-Commerce System at Oneete Village Madrasah Motorcycle Workshop Based on Website. The use of information technology has become an important need for small and medium businesses, including the Oneete Village Madrasah motorbike repair shop, a motorbike repair shop located in a rural area, requiring digital transformation to improve its services and competitiveness. One of the right solutions is the development of a website-based e-commerce system. This research aims to develop an e-commerce system that can make it easier for customers to order and pay for motorbike maintenance services online. By adopting this technology, it is hoped that the Oneete Village Madrasah motorbike repair shop can expand its market reach outside their local area. This e-commerce system development method includes needs analysis, system design, website implementation, integration of electronic payment methods, and training for users. This research is expected to increase the operational efficiency of motorbike workshops, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction. The presence of this digital platform also expands market reach and increases customer satisfaction by providing faster and more flexible services.
