Analisis Faktor Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Di SMK N 1 Prabumulih.

Abstract
Education has a vital role in the development of science and technology, as well as preparing students to face the challenges of changing times. The learning process, according to various experts, is an effort to change individual behavior through interaction with the environment. However, many students experience learning difficulties caused by internal factors, such as physical, psychological conditions, motivation, and concentration, as well as external factors, such as the learning environment, social support, learning methods, and external pressure. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' learning difficulties, especially at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih, using qualitative descriptive methods through in-depth interviews with 20 students. The research results show that learning difficulties can be overcome through time management strategies, increasing motivation, creating a supportive learning environment, utilizing alternative learning resources, and improving social relationships. The implementation of this solution is expected to help students achieve optimal learning outcomes according to their potential.
